Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute rice, uncooked
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup picante
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Mexican corn and juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
