- In a 13 x 9-inch pan, melt margarine and coat the bottom and sides of the pan.
- Chop the refrigerated biscuits into fourths and place them into the pan.
- Pour salsa over the biscuits and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese, green pepper, onion, and black olives over the mixture.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
