Ingredients

  • 2 c. buttermilk baking mix
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix buttermilk baking mix, milk, and shredded Cheddar cheese to form a soft dough.
  2. Drop teaspoon-sized portions of the dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 450°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Melt margarine, garlic, and parsley flakes together.
  4. Immediately brush the melted mixture over the hot biscuits out of the oven.
