Ingredients

  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 1 clove garlic (or 3 cloves roasted garlic)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 3 T olive oil

Instructions

  1. Do not have to peel peppers.
  2. Blend all ingredients in food processor.
