Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 3 oz. pkg. sugar-free raspberry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Heat undrained crushed pineapple in a saucepan until bubbly.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in sugar-free raspberry gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spoon into mold or dish.
  7. Chill until set.
