Ingredients

  • 3 lb. stew beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can whole mushrooms (4 1/2 oz. size)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 c. red wine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Bake at 250° for 6 hours in a covered casserole.
  3. Serve over wild rice.
