Ingredients

  • 2 packages (4 serving size) Jell-O lemon or lime gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in cold water.
  2. Cool the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in softened vanilla ice cream until it is melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into any mold and refrigerate until set.
