Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. peach jello
  • 1 c. peaches, drained and diced
  • 1 pie shell

Instructions

  1. Bake the pie shell and let it cool before filling.
  2. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and peach jello in a saucepan.
  3. Add water to the saucepan and cook on the stove until the mixture boils.
  4. Let the mixture boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  5. Spread the drained and diced peaches evenly in the baked pie shell.
  6. Pour the cooked mixture over the peaches in the pie shell.
  7. Refrigerate the pie until fully set and jelled.
  8. Serve chilled, optionally topped with Cool Whip.
