Instructions
- Bake the pie shell and let it cool before filling.
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, and peach jello in a saucepan.
- Add water to the saucepan and cook on the stove until the mixture boils.

- Spread the drained and diced peaches evenly in the baked pie shell.
- Pour the cooked mixture over the peaches in the pie shell.
- Refrigerate the pie until fully set and jelled.
