Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies, drained
  • 10 oz. Colby shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Layer contents of cans of whole green chilies in a greased casserole.
  2. Top with shredded cheese.
  3. Beat 4 eggs with 1/2 cup milk and salt.
  4. Pour over chilies and cheese.
  5. Dust with paprika. Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
