Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages orange gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling liquid
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange gelatin with boiling liquid until dissolved.
  2. Add the orange sherbet and stir until melted.
  3. Stir in the drained mandarin oranges.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Unmold the gelatin and fill the center with Ambrosia.
