Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • kielbasa or smoked sausage links

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, spicy brown mustard, vegetable oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the kielbasa or smoked sausage links in the mixture for 1 hour or more, basting occasionally.
  3. Cook the kielbasa and/or links according to package directions, preferably in the marinade for added flavor.
