Ingredients

  • 11 cups rhubarb, cubed
  • 8 cups sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages raspberry jello
  • 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry jello

Instructions

  1. Combine rhubarb and sugar; let stand overnight.
  2. Next morning, heat the mixture and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool, then add raspberry jello and strawberry jello; stir until dissolved.
  4. Pour into containers and freeze or refrigerate as desired.
