- Mix the biscuit mix and roll out the dough as for biscuits.
- Press the rhubarb pieces into the dough, then roll up and slice.
- Place the slices in a 9x13-inch pan, cut side down.
- Pour the hot sugar mixture over the rolls.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
- Top with whipped cream and serve.
