Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 3 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup red hots

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, water, and red hots in a pan and boil until the red hots are dissolved.
  2. Mix the biscuit mix and roll out the dough as for biscuits.
  3. Press the rhubarb pieces into the dough, then roll up and slice.
  4. Place the slices in a 9x13-inch pan, cut side down.
  5. Pour the hot sugar mixture over the rolls.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  7. Top with whipped cream and serve.
