Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 package Dream Whip

Instructions

  1. Cook rhubarb, sugar, and water until rhubarb is tender.
  2. Sprinkle dry strawberry Jell-O over the cooked mixture.
  3. Stir until the Jell-O is dissolved.
  4. Chill until the mixture reaches whipping stage.
  5. Prepare Dream Whip according to package instructions.
  6. Whip the rhubarb mixture and fold in Dream Whip or thawed Cool Whip.
  7. Chill the mixture before serving.
  8. Optionally, freeze the dessert.
