- In a deep large skillet, saute onions, green peppers and bouillon cubes.
- Add rest of the ingredients except the rice.
- Cook on medium heat until everything has been thoroughly cooked.
- Add rice; cook on low until rice is tender.
- Stir occasionally.
- If mixture gets too dry while cooking, add more tomato soup or water. Can be served with any type of meat or meat can be cut up into small pieces and added to the mixture after the meat has been thoroughly cooked.
- Delicious with pork chops.
