Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups rice
  • 1 can minced clams, drained
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Rub a 1 1/2-quart dish with a small amount of butter.
  2. Pour in all ingredients, including the rest of the butter.
  3. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
