Rice Jello

Instructions
- Put 1/2 cup rice into 3 cups water and boil slowly until rice is done.
- Add the Jello, any flavor, into the hot rice and water mixture; stir well.
- Add sugar, crushed pineapple, and salt; mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and refrigerate until just about hardened.
- Stir in Cool Whip before serving.
