Rice Raisin Stuffing

Instructions
- Cook the rice.
- Saute the onions in the butter until they are clear. Add the herbs and parsley to the rice.
- Pour the butter and onions over the rice. Add the raisins. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff the turkey, or place in a casserole and cook until warmed through. If you are not going to put it into a turkey, cook the rice in broth to give it extra flavor.
