Ritz Crackers Snacks

Ingredients

  • 1 stick real butter
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
  2. Boil 3 minutes.
  3. Lay Ritz crackers side by side on jelly roll pan.
  4. Sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Pour butter/sugar mixture over crackers.
  6. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Let cool approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan and place on serving tray.
