Roast Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 4 C. Broccoli
  • 4 T. Olive oil
  • 1 T. Chili powder
  • 4 t. Dried minced garlic
  • 1 t. Salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 425 deg.
  2. Mix together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic and salt in a bowl. Add the broccoli and toss to coat.
  3. Place on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 - 30 minutes. Broccoli should be browned and sizzling. It can be flipped halfway through cooking, but it is not necessary.
