Roasted Lamb with Craisin Stuffing

Ingredients

  • orange king sooper
  • salt
  • cream cheese
  • rosemary
  • craisins
  • fresh breadcrumbs
  • garlic
  • mint

Instructions

  1. Combine Philly*, breadcrumbs, craisins, herbs, garlic, orange rind and seasonings.
  2. Make about 6 slashes into the lamb approx.
  3. 8-10cm in length, cutting right down to the bone.
  4. Press stuffing mixture into each cavity.
  5. Tie the lamb back together with string.
  6. Drizzle with oil and bake at 190 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours.
  7. Allow to rest covered for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with seasonal vegetables and meat juices.
