Ingredients

  • fresh asparagus spears
  • baby carrots
  • black pepper
  • italian vinaigrette
  • parmesan cheese
  • new red potatoes
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Toss vegetables with dressing; spread onto bottom of foil-lined 15x10-inch pan.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  3. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, cheese and pepper in same bowl.
  5. Add vegetables; mix lightly.
