Robbie'S Crispy Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spinach or 1 packet (leaves only)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • salt and pepper according to taste
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil or add more if needed

Instructions

  1. Wash spinach carefully and drain it.
  2. Beat eggs and add the cornstarch.
  3. Season according to taste.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and when it is hot and ready, deep-fry the spinach one by one. Wait until it is golden brown.
  5. Drain the excess oil in paper towel before serving.
