Instructions
- Pound steak on both sides.
- Cut into 3-inch strips.
- Place a strip of bacon and a slice of onion on each strip.
- Fold over and tie with thin string.
- Heat oil or shortening in skillet over medium heat.
- Flour meat and brown in skillet.
- Add a little water and simmer for 1 hour.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
