- Dissolve 1 pkg yeast in 3T warm water - set aside
- 1cup very hot water add 1/2 cup butter,1/3 cup sugar, 1 t salt--cool a little-- add 2 beaten eggs and yeast mix. Add 4 cups flour more or less. Stir well-Do not knead-Chill overnight if possible.
- Roll out and let rise 2hours.
- Bake 375 degrees - 10 minutes.
