Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Ronco macaroni
  • 1/2 cup broken nuts
  • 2 cups diced apples (red skin only)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Drain and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cooked macaroni with remaining ingredients: broken nuts, diced apples, chopped celery, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and a dash of salt.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Serve on salad greens if desired.
