Ingredients

  • whole wheat French bread dough
  • 1 Tbsp. dried or fresh whole rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. finely chopped and mashed garlic

Instructions

  1. Let the dough double in size.
  2. Punch down the dough and knead in the rosemary and garlic.
  3. After a second rising, cut the dough into small pieces.
  4. Roll each piece into sticks about 16 inches long and 3/8 inch thick.
