Rosemary Mixed Nuts

Ingredients

  • 12 lb mixed nuts
  • 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 12 teaspoons fresh minced rosemary
  • 12 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake 30-40 minutes, tossing well every 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional salt.
  6. Eat while still a bit warm.
