Creamy, cheesy taco dip with seasoned ground beef and tomatoes, perfect for parties, game nights, or casual gatherings, served hot with crunchy taco shells.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Drain off the fluid once the beef lightens in color.
  3. In a crock-pot or slow cooker, blend the cooked beef with the taco mix, Velveeta cheese cubes, and Ro-Tel.
  4. Heat on high until the cheese melts, then turn to low and keep warm.
  5. Serve hot with taco shells.
