Ingredients

  • 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion tops
  • 2 tablespoons tomato salsa (medium or hot)
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients with ground beef.
  2. Shape mixture into patties.
  3. Place patties on grill or in a frying pan.
  4. Cook about 10 minutes on each side until done.
