Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Bake yellow cake; split each layer to make 4 layers.
  2. Spread between layers (combined) sour cream and 8 ounces whipped topping. Spread this on top and sides of cake.
  3. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate in tightly covered container for 3 days.
