Instructions
- Cream the margarine and two cheeses together with a hand.
- Add the plain flour, salt, and red pepper to the mixture.
- Mix well until combined.
- Shape the dough into four long rolls.
- Wrap each roll in wax paper and chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice the chilled rolls into silver dollar-sized rounds.
- Place a pecan half on top of each slice, if desired.
- Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes or until lightly tan around the edges.
- Remove while hot and cool on Scott towels.
