Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground lean beef
  • 1 1/2 lb ground lean pork
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, pork, bread crumbs, egg, heavy cream, minced onion, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg, allspice, and cardamom in a large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
