Round Steak Tips

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. round steak
  • 5 to 6 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced and ringed
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut round steak in serving size pieces.
  2. Place on cookie sheet; salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 250° for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn and bake 5 more minutes.
  5. Put sliced tomatoes and onions on top of steak.
  6. Bake at 250° for 10 minutes.
  7. Put cheese on top.
  8. Bake until cheese is melted and brown.
