Ingredients

  • beef round for Brasciole
  • thin steaks (usually 3 per pkg.)
  • carrots
  • pickles (dill)
  • bacon

Instructions

  1. Take each slice of steak.
  2. Place a strip of bacon.
  3. Add a slice of pickle and carrot; roll up and place toothpicks in to hold together.
  4. Brown.
  5. Add beef gravy (canned).
  6. Simmer about 1/2 hour.
