Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons rum

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Cool to lukewarm; add lemon juice and rum.
