Ingredients

  • 2 qt. sliced cucumbers
  • 3 medium green peppers
  • 1/2 c. sliced onions
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together in large bowl cucumbers, green peppers and sliced onions.
  2. Mix in saucepan sugar, white vinegar and salt until sugar melts.
  3. Add vegetables to mixture and boil 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Pack in 1/2 pint jars.
