Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, cooked
  • 3 carrots, julienne and blanched
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup flavored mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Combine with carrots and mushrooms,.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add mayonnaise and mix.
  5. Add lemon juice if desired.
