Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons salad dressing
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C). Grease muffin tins or line with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, measure 2 cups of self-rising flour and add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of salad dressing, and 1 cup of milk.
  3. Stir until just combined and batter is smooth.
  4. Drop batter into the prepared muffin tins by tablespoonfuls, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.
