- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C). Grease muffin tins or line with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, measure 2 cups of self-rising flour and add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of salad dressing, and 1 cup of milk.
- Stir until just combined and batter is smooth.
- Drop batter into the prepared muffin tins by tablespoonfuls, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
