Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 2 1/3 c. baking mix
  • 2/3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Drain salmon.
  2. Combine with egg, cheese, onion and parsley; mix well.
  3. Using fork, blend baking mix and milk until soft dough forms.
  4. Knead gently 12 to 15 times.
