Salmon Broiled

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon steaks or 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. white cooking wine
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Line baking dish with foil.
  2. Place celery and onion on foil. Lay salmon on top of vegetables.
  3. Pour white wine over salmon. Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper on salmon.
  4. Broil for 7 to 10 minutes.
