Creamy, smoky salmon cheese balls with a tangy lemon kick, perfect as an appetizer or party snack for seafood lovers and those who enjoy rich, flavorful bites.

Ingredients

  • 2 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can baked salmon (14 to 15 oz.)
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/8 tsp. orange food color

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, baked salmon, chopped onion, lemon juice, horseradish, liquid smoke, and orange food color until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into three equal balls.
  3. Wrap each ball in Saran Wrap and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Roll each chilled ball in finely chopped nuts before serving.
