Salmon Croutons

Ingredients

  • 1 can pink salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • crackers
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix salmon, eggs and buttermilk together.
  2. Crumble in crackers, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together well.
  4. Crumble crackers on plate.
  5. Roll into ball, then roll in cracker crumbs.
  6. Cook in deep fryer until brown.
