Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can salmon
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 cans French fried onion rings (save 1/2 can to top casserole)

Instructions

  1. Combine beaten eggs, liquid from salmon and salmon, broken into chunks.
  2. Mix with rest of ingredients.
  3. Bake in casserole dish in hot (450°) oven about 20 minutes or until firm.
