Salmon Fillets With Mango-Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 skinless salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Dice the mango and avocado and place them in a bowl. Add the lime juice. Chop half of the cilantro and add it to the mixture. Season with salt and stir in the olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Cook the salmon in a skillet.
  3. Remove the salmon from the heat. Place a heaping tablespoon of salsa on each salmon fillet before serving.
