Salmon Fillets With Mango-Avocado Salsa

- Dice the mango and avocado and place them in a bowl. Add the lime juice. Chop half of the cilantro and add it to the mixture. Season with salt and stir in the olive oil. Set aside.
- Cook the salmon in a skillet.
- Remove the salmon from the heat. Place a heaping tablespoon of salsa on each salmon fillet before serving.
