Ingredients

  • 1 lb wild salmon, frozen a bit
  • 1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T citric acid
  • 1 T paprika
  • 1/2 T onion powder. 1/2 T garlic powder
  • 1.5 t sea salt

Instructions

  1. freeze for 1/2 hr before slice. marinade 12 hrs, then dehydrate
