Salmon Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. salmon steaks or fillets
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 8 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. salad oil

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 7-inch cubes.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cubed salmon and marinate for 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Remove from sauce and place on skewers.
  4. Place skewers across a baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven at 375° for 20 minutes.
  5. Baste once during baking with extra sauce.
  6. Serve on buttered rice.
  7. Serves 6.
