Instructions
- Mix first 5 ingredients.
- Lightly butter one side of each tortilla.
- Place tortilla, butter side down, in skillet over medium heat.
- Drop 1/4
- salmon mixture onto one half of tortilla. Cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Fold tortilla in two and brown each side.
- Repeat for remaining 3 tortillas.
- Makes 4 servings.
