Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 mangoes
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 5 or 6 jalapeno peppers (for a milder taste, wash and remove the seeds)

Instructions

  1. Dice all of the ingredients into very small pieces.
  2. Mix with lemon juice (fresh is best) and lime juice (about 3 large lemons and 1 large lime).
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Chill and serve.
  5. You can keep this in a Mason jar in the fridge for a long time.
  6. The longer it sits, the hotter it gets.
