- Salt and pepper to taste.
- In blender or food processor, combine tomatoes, spices and chilies.
- Blend until smooth and chunky.
- Place in large non-metallic bowl.
- Add remainder of ingredients.
- Let chill for 1 hour, then serve with tortilla chips.
